The process of encapsulating solar cells on curved surfaces is one of the mostchallenging subjects today and has been widely studied. In most studies, thinfilm and flexible cells have been chosen for curved surfaces. In this paper, a newmethod is proposed to carry out the process of encapsulating a solar cell on curvedsurfaces using an inflexible silicon solar cell. In this method, a transparent epoxyresin is injected into the solar cell area using an embedded mold. Once the resinis cured, and the mold is removed, the obtained surface forms the desired curvedshape. This method can be used for fixed curved surfaces that are not exposed totension. In addition to a higher eciency compared to thin film solar cells, thismethod does not contain toxic materials and is more environmentally friendly.
